Is liquid wiper really effective or is it just about marketing?
In KV Detail Hand Car Wash we know from experience that if liquid wiper is applied CORRECTLY on CORRECTLY cleaned and ungreased surface, it can last half a year even with everyday driving. The most important thing is to clean the vehicle and than clean windows using Autoglym Fast Glass, for instance. Ungreasing is the last step. For ungreasing there is a alcohol cleaner within the package (etanol or you can use “IPA” (isopropylalkohol). Then you should apply nanotechnology by standart practice. It should not be touched with water several hours after using it. From experience we can tell that the wiper will be effective 12-24 hrs after application.
How to keep liquid wiper for a longer time?
Ideally, do not use cheap or supermarket windshield washer fluids. They can sometimes damage plastic light cover with their aggressive chemicals. We can recommend British Autoglym Quick Clear Screen Wash. This liquid can be used all year in the right consistency (winter). It´s soft structure will not soften the liquid wiper or harm the wax in any way!
